This pop up seminar will feature a multitude of different beers and vendors and will aim to teach you some of the ins and outs of what beer is all about. Join Merchant Du Vin for an in-depth look into the history beer and how taste has evolved to engage each new generation of beer drinker.
Barrel Aged Beer Comparison with Baker’s Brewery
Have you ever wondered how much of a difference barrel aging makes in a beer? This is your chance to find out! Baker’s Brewery will take you through the barrel ageing process and allow you to make a taste comparison between a beer that hasn’t been barrel aged and a beer that has been.
Hemp beer with New Belgium
Join New Belgium in discussing a beer that is uniquely Colorado. This pop up seminar will give a look into New Belgium’s Hemperor, the only true hemp beer made in the US. This brand-new beer seamlessly blends hop and hemp flavors making a beer that has its own style.

Local Bluegrass favorites will be performing throughout the evening in the Solaris Plaza. Under 21 is permitted in the plaza so bring your family to enjoy the music stylings of Float Like A Buffalo, Matt Rouch & The Noise Upstairs, and Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts.
