Plan an Event

Your event idea deserves a team that’s done this before.

From first concept to final cleanup, we handle it all.

You have the vision. We have 30 years of experience turning visions like yours into events that people actually show up for, talk about, and come back to year after year. Whether you’re a nonprofit planning your first community fundraiser, a city looking for a proven partner for your annual event series, or a business that wants a live experience that actually moves the needle, Team Player is built for this.

who we work with

We’ve done this for organizations just like yours.

We work with different types of event partners across Colorado and the Mountain West:

Nonprofits & Foundations

Every Team Player signature event is tied to a charitable partner, so we know nonprofit events from the inside-out. Whether you need a ticketed fundraiser, a community festival, or a gala-style experience, we bring the production infrastructure so your team can focus on supporting your mission.

Since our founding, we’ve helped raise more than $3 million for charitable causes across the region.

Cities & Government Agencies

We’ve produced events in partnership with the City of Boulder, City of Centennial, City of Littleton, and more. Municipal events come with unique permitting, public safety, and community engagement requirements. We’ve navigated all of it, and we bring that experience to every government partnership, so you don’t get bogged down in bureaucracy.

Businesses & Brands

From branded activations at our own signature festivals to fully produced standalone events, we work with businesses that want more than a logo on a banner. We build experiences that put your brand where it belongs – in the middle of something people are genuinely excited about.

The Client: Tennyson Berkeley Business Association

Highlands Street Fair

Team Player Productions took over event production and marketing for a local annual festival in 2025. The event was started by a local business committee and had outgrown what the full-time business owners could donate their time to.

Team Player Productions took over Event Logistics including permitting, sourcing bar product with a local focus, portos, street closures, staging, band booking, vendor management, sponsor recruitment and more! Marketing services included: creating a website, managing meta and Google Ads, social media content creation, posters, yard signs, email campaigns, adding events to online calendars, etc.

After partnering with TPP, the client saw 3X event attendance and 2X event revenues for a single-day event. Not to mention 76k web views, 3 live news segments.

The results: record attendance, record vendor participation, record revenues, and new revenue streams created by Team Player. In a sense, we paid for ourselves.
