Adapting For COVID-19

In all that was 2020, Team Player Productions was one of the only companies to successfully produce live events. Our team is wildly creative and committed to going above and beyond for the safety of our guests and partners.

Our Measures

TEMP CHECKS for vendors, staff, and guests before entry

TICKETING refunds for anyone who may have been exposed or has symptoms

SANITIZING of all surfaces often and hand sanitizer readily available

MASKS required for everyone in the event footprint. Masks may be removed only in designated areas for eating and drinking.

DISTANCING of booths, check in procedures, lines, restrooms, tables, and humans

SINGLE USE sampling items to reduce touch points

ENFORCEMENT of all guidelines by our COVID Referee

WORKING CLOSELY with county and state health officials on all of our events

Planning For 2021

Scalabilty

of event capacity. Currently (in CO) events/gatherings are limited to 175 people for most venues. We plan to cap our sessions at that number, but can quickly add ticket capacity as we’re allowed.

ADAPTABILITY

for events and resources based on current guidelines. We are in constant contact with local health officials to ensure the safest event possible.
