Events we Create, own, and love

Team Player Productions owns and operates signature festivals and events across Colorado, Utah, and Montana — from the 200,000-attendee Boulder Creek Festival in Boulder, CO to the Vail Wine Classic and Park City Wine Festival in Utah. Each event is tied to a nonprofit partner and managed end-to-end by our production and marketing teams.

Whether you’re a nonprofit with a vision, a brand looking for the right crowd, a food vendor ready to level up, or a band that plays well with others, TPP has a space, stage, or spot with your name on it. We’ve already built the infrastructure. You bring the ambition, and we’ll handle the rest, from permits, vendors, marketing, sponsorships, ticketing, and day-of production.

Nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses across Colorado and the Mountain West: if you have an event concept and need a seasoned event production team to handle site selection and permitting to vendor management, marketing, and day-of execution, that’s what we do. We’ve produced events from 500 to 200,000 attendees, from small fundraising events to massive festivals.

Our events draw thousands of engaged, values-aligned attendees across Colorado, Utah, and Montana. Sponsorships are built for real ROI; meaningful visibility, activated brand presence, and audiences who show up ready to discover.

For food trucks, wineries, breweries, artisans, and retail vendors, Team Player events are high-traffic, carefully curated, and good for business. Apply to join the lineup at our signature festivals and events across the Mountain West.

We book live music across 12+ events a year, from neighborhood block parties to multi-day mountain festivals. If your sound is right for our stages, we’d love to hear it. Submit below, rather than through our general contact form.

Not sure where to get started? We’ve got you covered. We’ll take your initial spark and fan the flames until your ideal festival, fair, or fundraiser is realized. We’ll provide the blueprint to take your event idea and make it a reality.

years of Event Production in the Mountain West and a Track Record to Show For It.

Team Player Productions was founded in 1996 by Jason Ornstein with the inaugural Taste of Fort Collins at Colorado State University, a food and drink festival that set the template for everything that followed. Across 30 years of event production in Colorado and the Mountain West, TPP has grown into one of the region’s leading full-service event production and management companies, with a portfolio spanning food festivals, craft beer festivals, wine events, street fairs, and community gatherings.

Every event Team Player Productions produces is tied to a nonprofit partner — a commitment that has held since 1996. To date, TPP has raised more than $3 million for charitable partners across Colorado, Utah, and Montana, supporting organizations including Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and local community foundations.

"We take your vision and we bring it to life. Spit balling ideas. Wrangling vendors. Curating sponsorships. Creating revenue streams. Marketing to the masses."
